Welcome to Sweet Nelly’s! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure that every order is handled with care and clarity.
1. General Information
Sweet Nelly’s is a sole proprietorship based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. All items are handcrafted and made to order in a licensed commercial kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, and gluten.
2. Orders & Deposits
Notice: Custom cake and dessert orders require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Deposit: A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery.
Orders are not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or delivery will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup or delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or same-day cancellations.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is available at no charge from Sweet Nelly’s designated pickup location.
Delivery is available within 15 miles for free, $5 for Knoxville, and $2.50 per mile beyond Knoxville.
Sweet Nelly’s is not responsible for any damage to cakes or desserts once they have been picked up or delivered and accepted by the customer.
5. Allergens & Food Safety
All products are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, Sweet Nelly’s cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Artistic Design & Substitutions
Each creation is handcrafted, and minor variations in color, design, or decoration may occur. Sweet Nelly’s reserves the right to make necessary substitutions for decorations or ingredients based on availability, always maintaining the overall look and quality of your order.
7. Photography & Promotion
Sweet Nelly’s reserves the right to photograph and share images of products for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes. Personal information will never be disclosed.
8. Liability
Once your order has been picked up or delivered, Sweet Nelly’s is not responsible for damage, improper handling, or storage. Please follow all care instructions provided to ensure the best quality and presentation of your dessert.
9. Agreement
By placing an order with Sweet Nelly’s, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
